As an example, customers in the “Focus” group may require prioritized services, while those falling under “Strategic” may need more investments matching risks, and the “Others” may be safely planned as a group with-out material impact to revenue plans. The app is even more useful because it helps you do this analysis quickly based on the data that you already have. Another great value that you derive from this app is archival. Through archival, older analysis can be saved and compared with later ones to see how your assumptions changed over time.
